HIGHLY recommend! All around solid from cleanliness, integrity, on point, and even compassion. Tucker had patience and kindness in the way he supported my late payment process. (one could say embarrassing for me but he didn’t make it so). Curtis was also great with customer service. Technology available to support billing. The building is huge yet very well kept. LA Security Storage is great! I was able to fit my whole 1 bedroom apartment with room to spare! The guys who work there were so helpful every time I did a drop off and helped me with my things multiple times. This is THE storage place in Hollywood!!!!
I had loaded all my possessions into a 15 foot U-Haul, when I had to vacate my apartment, with no extensions, thinking I would find an apartment quickly. After 2 weeks U-Haul wanted the truck returned. I had to find a solution immediately. I called LA Security Storage, fearing there would be nothing available in the area close to where I would likely move.
