HIGHLY recommend! All around solid from cleanliness, integrity, on point, and even compassion. Tucker had patience and kindness in the way he supported my late payment process. (one could say embarrassing for me but he didn’t make it so). Curtis was also great with customer service. Technology available to support billing. The building is huge yet very well kept. Honestly not much dust and zero problems after opening “my vault” after 3 years. I rented from the pandemic onwards til March 2025 despite having left LA. I trusted... read more
