One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Chicago. Excellent food, great service and a lively atmosphere. I always take out of town friends and family to eat at La Scarola!
Food was ok but not normal, service was rushed, server was not helpful, server was rude enough to take unfinished meals and rush is out the door at 10 pm on a Saturday, stick with male servers it works better for you. Highly dissapointed after dropping $200 on dinner. Reservation was 40 min late. Owner (FOH) was off his game too. Surprisingly disappointed.
Always terrific food and service. Never a disappointment. If you’ve never been you’re missing out!!!

This is THE place for authentic Italian food in the Chicagoland area! It is my go to place for a delicious meal with outstanding service!
You simple won’t find a better place in town. Food is great, service is better and the atmosphere is old school awesome. Go.
