The communications are not clear. I have paid thousands of dollars to ship a few items from Santiago to Orlando. I am asking basic questions about the size of the delivery truck and they can not even advise about the size of the truck. It is very frustrating paying so much. They are also advising clients that if they don't take delivery they have to charge fees for storage. We are in the middle of a pandemic and financial crisis. The worst moving company ever, they are very irresponsible with peoples things. they deliver your items when they want too.
I will never ever use this company again. Please DO NOT hire them. They told us that it would take about 2-4 weeks. It’s been over 6 weeks and they said it won’t leave the orlando location until the 24th of August. So basically it won’t get here till September. They also want to charge extra to leave the boxes in the second floor of our home. They refuse to give us a discount for the wait. We will have to get a storage location and another moving truck and also buy extra things because of the irresponsibility of this company... read more
