Stopped by this hardware roofing store and had a great experience, staff knew what they were talking about and helped me find the right materials for the roof repair at work. Prices were fair, no upsells, super friendly people and easy to work with. Definitely coming back here for any roofing supplies I need

From start to end, absolute top-tier support! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. The purchase was smooth and efficient. I’m not a contractor but they treated me with the same level of respect… even while I had two little kids trying to run around the office (sorry). When it was time for delivery they showed up on-time and ready to roll. Both delivery guys were class acts and really went above and beyond to get the materials up to my job site. I went to order a product for my roof. They didn't have it and could have overcharged me to get it. Instead, they helped me verify what I needed and recommended another fair business to get it from. Excellent customer service/ clean, organized yard. I'll be back!
Whenever I call to inquire if they have a certain item in stock, it's a pain to ask and get the accurate information I need. The review rating seem way too high compare to the actual experience I get each time I call or visit. It feels like I need to be thankful to them for sharing a few minutes of their time. And I can't even pre order non stock item over email nor phone. You have to be in their shop to be able to place order for an item they don't keep in stock.
