This was the worst experience ever. My daughter was having a destination wedding in Destin Florida so I googled salons and this one seemed to offer everything I was looking for to make her day special. I booked appointment for 4 people including bride and matron of honor. I also included the bridal brunch. When we arrived they did not have us down for the brunch which was a mistake by the receptionist. The brunch was to include mimosas. Fruit salad, muffins, cheeses and crackers and lots of goodies. I am very sorry that your expectations were not met. Everyone at the salon tries very much to accomadate all of guest wishes and expectations. We also do offer a bruch package for all wedding parties and special events. We provide a basic package of a tropical or classic mimoa's(champagne included), with a variety of different fruits, cheese trays, Pastry's and other finger foods. also with advanced notice we can always provide any extras that a guest would enjoy.
It was the best experience I have had! I love everytbing about the salon ! Karin made my hair so beautiful! I have never liked it so much! I have been to many Salons aroubd the area but she is the best!
First appointment was amazing. Karen did a great job. Second was horrible. Let personal issues get in the way of her job performance. Wrecked my daughter's hair. Had to pay for someone else to fix it. Took months and lots of deep treatments to fix the burnt hair and scalp Karen didn't see an issue and was unprofessional. Absolutely sad since the first visit was good and my daughter is paranoid to have her hair done now.
Karin is amazing! She took time with me and really cared about the health of my hair. Love my new color! I have definitely found my new salon home!
I had a haircut by Karin. My hair is long layers and angled at my jaw down to my shoulder. Karin cut one side of my head fine but the other side she chopped all of my hair just below my ear about 3 inches in. So instead of an angle I almost look like a mullet on one side!!! Did I mention I was getting my hair cut FOR MY WEDDING!!! She has no idea what she is doing! Ruined my hair!!!
I Loved this place!!! They did an EXCELLENT Job on my wedding hair and make up !! OMG! My bridesmaids looked absolutely beautiful !! It could not have been more perfect !!! I got more compliments that day then ever before!!!!

I would definitely recommend La Renaissance Salon. From the moment I walked in the door, I experienced the professionalism by Karin. She did an amazing job with my hair and airbrush makeup. I will definitely go again when I am in Destin as I am from New York.
