Karen Petersen is amazing. As soon as I walked in, she knew what I needed and what I wanted. The two were the same, and she did an outstanding job cutting and styling my hair. I have been looking for the perfect place, and have found it. Check her for yourself. You will be well pleased.

Bought a Groupon for McKinzey because I was told that LaRenaissance was a reputable Salon. My first conversation with McKenzie was odd but I made the appointment anyway. At 8am on Mother's Day she called to cancel the appointment for the following Monday. Then on the next Sunday at 8am called me again to tell me she had to cancel and wanted to reschedule for the following Monday. Who calls clients at 8am on a Sunday? Mckenzie was the stylist found on Groupon. Was told to cancell Groupon and pay directly, then was charged 20 dollars more than advertised price. Requested a medium blonde, and my hair came out reddish orange! She had the audacity to blame it on my using a box color prior. Very unprofessional and do not reccomend this salon. Also a woman who had been there hours that I spoke to said she'd never return again.
