I don't know why anyone would be unhappy with this property. I read some unflattering comments regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and they are not true. Our unit was spotless. I can't really comment about the room because they never let us see it. However the customer service was horrible, you have to be buzzed into the hotel like your in a locked down ghetto building, the garage is also locked which we never got into, customer service was absolutely horrible!! We called to cancel our reservation after the attendant wouldn't let us see a room ( it was before 4:00 check in time but still they Mayr have had something open) and no on answered the phone.
