The tech fixed the problem. However, in pulling the refrigerator out, he scratched our tiles. I followed up with a complaint but have not heard back.
I called LA Reliable multiple times already and will definitely call just them in future. I am very happy with their customer service. They are so professional, so friendly and great to work with! For all repairs, i was able to get the appointment same or next day. Technicians always come on time and are very knowledgeable, polite, respectful and helpful. Their prices are definitely on the low side. Thank you for another wonderful service!
I will always call these guys. They are great. Many companies tried to rip me off fixing my fridge. Reliable came once and on time. Charged 119$flat rate and 21$ for parts which they had in truck. Amazing price. Previous company tried to charge 509$. Called them for the washer as well which got fixed and still works great!
Best, Best, Best! Was told by other crooks that my fridge needs new compressor which will cost 700$. Already thought to buy a new fridge, but my friend offered to call Reliable. Paul came to my house Saturday, and fixed it 3x cheaper. Comes out that it only needed inverter. Thank you guys for saving my fridge and money. I will use you for life!!!
