There are better bridal shops out there. – La Reine has the worst customer service of any salon out there. The women there are attentive on the day you buy your gown and from that point on they could care less about helping you. For the amount of money you spend on a gown, it is really unnerving to work with women who could care less about your big day or getting your dress to you in a timely fashion (mine arrived just 10 days before my wedding b/c of a "shipping error"!)
