What an awful experience! – The staff here are RUDE an unaccomodating. She brought me 2 dresses to try on, which I wasn't thrilled with, and when I asked to see some more she looked as though I was putting her out. I also had the displeasure to deal with the owner of the store who was equally rude. I went on a weekday morning and there was NO ONE around so it's not like there were a ton of customers waiting. excellent service lovely store – My experience at la reine was wonderful, tried many dresses on, very accomodating staff, I was in a large room surrounded by mirrors, very private and pretty, my family was with me on the other side of the room separated by curtains, for my bridesmaid, I had the bridemaid room on the second floor for one hour there was tons of bridesmaid with designers name on them. after we chose few we were ready, the consultant came with swatches, she was extremely helpful low key and sweet. Wonderful Service. Beautiful Gowns! – I am getting married in 2009 and went to La Reine to shop for a wedding gown. I was treated with personalized service and wonderful treatment. The store is in an older home and very cozy atmosphere. I had a large fitting room divided by a curtain. It was very private, my mom, sister and I had the whole room to try on dresses. WORST customer service! Horrible Selection ... NO DRESSING ROOMS! – Last Saturday I went to La Reine with the bride to be to look for bridesmaids dresses. We had an appointment for which we were on time only to be greeted by a nasty woman with long dark hair. She infomed us that the appointment should not have been made since the don't fit bridesmaids on Saturday. Awful Customer Service – As a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding, we decided to try La Reine for both Bridal dress shopping and Bridesmaid dress shopping. Bad, bad, bad idea.... We were on time for our appointment, yet not taken to a dressing room right away, and when we were taken to a room we were left alone for 10 minutes with no explanation of what was going on. Stay away! The worst customer service post sale EVER!! – There are no words to describe how mad I am... I went in a few months ago, found a lovely dress and paid 2/3rds of it on my credit card. Don't waste your time here – La Reine was my first experience in wedding dress shopping and I was so excited to go. I arrived on time, 11am with my mother and best friend, excited to buy a dress that day. We waited in the hallway for 10 minutes when finally a Designer's Consultant, a woman who doesn't even work for La Reine signed us in and threw us into a room to try on only her Designer's dresses which were well above our price point and completely opposite of what I explained I wanted. Best store,best bridal collection – Had a wonderful experience, loved La Reine, staff extremely nice and easy to deal with, service wonderful and staff treat you like a princess or queen loved my gown Pronovias, half of what I thought I was going to pay. very proffesional, kind and make you feel like a bride. highly recommend La reine, they moved from Newbury street.
