average – I was not able to find a dress here, but I do think it's because the guy at the time who was working there was an awful sales person, and he is now no longer working for La Reine. I wish I went to the shop after he was gone.
Beware!! – I was a bridesmaid in a wedding where our dresses came from this store. The dress our bride bought fell apart on the day of her wedding, a piece literally fell off the gown - this was a $3000 gown. When brought to La Reine's attention post-wedding (you know, after all the bridal photos showed our bride in a gown which had partially fallen apart) the store refused to make any amends but did offer a bunch of excuses about how it was not their fault. Phenomenal Service, gorgeous gowns, excellent pricing – Can't say enough great things about this bridal shop - I echo maydy - this IS the best bridal shop in Massachusetts. From the second you walk through the door, you and your friends/family will feel comfortable and well cared for. nice venue but over-rated – Found the environment to be wonderful- comfortable seats for moms / friends, service focused very much on bride, sales people with lots of personality. That said, they rave about their thousands of dresses and then only show you a few. Understaffed to serve people on weekends. Completely agree - treated horribly once they had my money. – I can understand and agree where everyone will give rave reviews of their service while you are trying on gowns, the boutique, the selection, but BEWARE of how they treat you once they have your money. la reine looove this bridal shop – My first store and first gown I ever tried on was at la reine, I felt wonderful and so pretty, I know I should not chose the first dress and never thought I will be so emotional but when they put the veil on my eyes filled with tears, so did everyone in the room. La reine must see store RAVE – I went to La Reine in Waltham at least 5 times, I always have a wonderful experience, I bought one gown from them, I am going to order my bridesmaid this coming tuesday, they are simply wonderful, sage5151 you must be a very hard and cruel person, my aunt died from alzheimer, shame on you, you must have given hell to that store. best bridal shop in mass. – After going to many many stores, I finally went to la reine bridal in waltham after hesitating for so long due to some bad review on line. Best Place I went to – I spent many many weeks trying to find the perfect dress. Often times most places I went made me feel very uncomforatble. I found La Reine Bridal after a friend of a friend suggested it, and let me tell you I was welcomed with open arms. The expirence was better then some of the most expensive places I had gone.
