Great place to live. Beautiful building, walk to shop and public transportation. Clean common areas and well kept overall. Excellent management and staff are easily accessible.
Lived there for two years and really cannot recall any complains about management and maintenance. As everywhere there were some minor problems but it was clear that they are really willing to help you - was pretty impressed when the problem with a clogged sink was resolved in an hour during late evening. Also no problems with the deposit return after moving out
