Lived there for two years and really cannot recall any complains about management and maintenance. As everywhere there were some minor problems but it was clear that they are really willing to help you - was pretty impressed when the problem with a clogged sink was resolved in an hour during late evening. Also no problems with the deposit return after moving out

Carolina, Fernando, Omar and the management at La Reine have been more than a blessing to us. They have continuously accommodated us, helped us, and done all they can to serve and bless us. From newlyweds to the birth of our first child, they have helped us transition to various apartments and worked within our situation. We could not have asked for a better location, price, and helpful staff and management that are kind and family friendly.

It has been almost 2 years that we are living at La Reine apartment. The location of the apartment is great with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and tons of restaurants. However, the main reason I rented here was how I was treated as a customer. Ms. Carolina Ponce has been extremely professional, at the same time very kind, welcoming, and approachable. The apartments are a great deal and the neighborhood is one of the best in the COUNTRY. That’s no joke. Walkable area with all essentials and resturants. Can get into the Rock Creek in a short walk/drive. Amazing.

The apartment was okay. You tour units that are occupied. The unit I was interested in on the 4th floor, 2br I couldn't tour because the person had Covid19 and when I came back at the end of the week, it had a approved application on it. I toured the smaller size 2 bedroom. The units don't have central air but they do have 2 window units, in unit laundry and dishwashers. For some reason I thought utilities were included in these apartments but you pay gas and electric. The building was clean and quiet.
