Why the hell is cold water in rooms HOT today?! So weird and uncomfortable. Even toilet is hot
Horrible stay for 3 days. Cold water every day. Housekeeping didn't bring more shampoo or more coffee for coffee maker
Don't stay here if you expect shuttle service to expo center. Shuttle doesn't run before 9 am on weekends. What convention starts that late. Crappy service.
