This hotel was an amazing stay!! I was very skeptical because of the price but it was great. We did have a couple minor issues like missing tv remote and fridge didn’t cool the best, however they got right on it. The beds are so comfortable, possibly some of the best sleep I’ve had in years. The staff is extremely nice. I will definitely stay here again!!

Service and location was very convenient and helpful. I was very disappointed 😞 in 2 factors. 1 the hotel charged a $100 security deposit and put a 14 day release hold unto your account long after you check out. Reason?? When you have absolutely no damages or smoked in the room. Your cleaning services is half met with a funky tub with patch and rust in your room and a nasty hand towel with blood stain DNA embedded into the hand towel. This place is not good ,the rooms are dirty the staff is nasty. It looked like someone had slept in our bed . We called front desk and was told that there was nothing they could do . They wouldn't even give me clean linen so I could change my own sheets. I was informed that the linen closet was locked and the laundry was out of order. They said next time I could get a discount on my room. Fat chance I'll ever be back.
Everything was extremely clean. The hallway smelled a bit musty but it’s a hotel on a major beach destination in Florida…. I’m not sleeping in the hallway so I didn’t care. The staff was really kind and helpful. My son and I showed up early and while our room wasn’t ready quite yet, they took my number and gave me our parking pass to one of their sister properties so we could park closer to the beach and enjoy that while we waited. Would definitely stay here again.
