We stayed here for business purposes. James was a delight. He was very helpful and you could tell he had a passion for hospitality. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy. There were noisy guests when we were there unfortunately. But that’s not the hotels fault. All in all would recommend.
Good staff, very friendly. Clean facility. No complaints
We have stayed here previously and really enjoyed our visit. So when the opportunity arose to stay again we gladly chose this location. Staff is personable and felt welcomed. Housekeeping is great, even had the air turned down for us. The swimming pool area is clean and we'll kept. Going for a dip tonight with the family, can't wait to test the water. In short, STAYING HERE IS A PLEASURE AND WILL DO, OVER AND OVER! Thank you Ron and Lisa
The staff was friendly. The suite we stayed in (rm 123) was very clean. Tile floors, water was not too soft. Bed was between med and firm. Perfect for us.Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Spilled some water on the floor. I used a white towel to clean up the water. Towel was still white after clean up. Very impressed. Breakfast was the usual. Hot food was hot. They have a waffle maker. Coffee is strong. Hotel is located close to shopping and several restaurants are within walking distance.
