I would not recommend La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ontario Airport to friends, family, or my worst enemies. At first glance, the exterior and lobby look great—but that’s where the positives end. Once you step onto the elevator, it feels outdated and unreliable. Things quickly go downhill from there. The hallways were dimly lit, with dirty walls, stained carpets, and doors that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I had a night there last night and the room had a weird smell that was so strong that I couldn’t even spend the night there! If I could give a zero star rating I would! This is unacceptable for the price I paid.
Staff is always friendly and willing to help.
We stayed here for a long weekend, and this place is a good budget option if you need to stay close to the airport. The free shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient, and the staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, and it was a pretty good spread! They had eggs, sausages, bacon, waffles, bread, bagels, cereal, etc., and the breakfast area had plenty of seating for everyone.
