First time there and the experience was not what we expected. The lobby was very nice and updated. The pool was wonderful, however the spa didn't work the jets were not working the water was green . The breakfast was very good . The elevator was slow and a bit scary, it took forever to get to the floor and the elevator door was sticking, it was scary cuz it won't open or close all the way. This hotel is in a perfect location! However, inside it seems as if you are staying in a complete different side of town. Carpet in hallways is EXTREMELY dirty, everything seems outdated and not maintained properly. Our room was okay, but didn't seem too clean either. Front desk staff is on their phone and won't look up to greet or acknowledge you. For the location we were expecting a whole different experience at this hotel, sadly will not be booking here again.
The staff was rude this last time asking if my husband had a room at the hotel during breakfast. The staff didn't even apologize to him for being prejudice. I had the pool all to myself just about and the location is pretty neat.
