During my recent visit to California, I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. While the property could benefit from some renovations, the exceptional customer service truly stood out. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was the convenient shuttle service, which proved to be a significant financial help. Dirty, stinky, rooms. Very uncomfortable spring bed with very smelly old pillows.
This worse and nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at blood on the wall and door handle, pee all over walls you heard me right pee all over the wall by the bed not even bathroom , white stain all over the floor , toilet coved pubic hair and butt hair. The room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. They then transferred me to a different room that also was very dirty and was covered in roaches. I highly recommend nobody visiting this la Quinta inn .
