Nice staff, ok hotel. Room was a little worn. Shower enamel was peeling, hair still on shower wall from a previous guest, bathroom floor was dirty on arrival. Chair in the room was old and peeling. Elevator certification expired and it looks like they are doing construction in some of the wings so it may be in remodeling process. Not a bad stay, just could have been nicer. Pillows were comfortable. Fold out sofa was old and my son could feel the springs.
La Quinta - Warden Rd. (NLR) I would not recommend this place nor room 212. The room had a pungent smell. 🤢 This is certainly my last time ever staying at any La Quinta. They were terrible years ago and still are. The people running these hotels don’t care about the guest. Instead being profitable. Where do I even begin? If traveling with pets they charge $25per pet per night which is ridiculous and then stand there and say it is their policy like they didn't just up the the cost of my stay by nearly almost 100%. I plan my trips well and that was a chunk I wasn't anticipating.
Very unfriendly staff and management.
