Room is grungy, bathroom tub was the worst with the ac unit and window also gross with visible mold on ac unit and cobwebs in window. The floor was sticky and we couldn’t even take our shoes off. The pool was “not usable” and we were told it wasn’t going to be available to use for a “few days” but not given reason and was not told it wouldn’t be available for use prior to arrival. Dirty sticky hallway, filthy rug on entry. Clogged shower, a phone that didn’t work in the room. Only one working elevator.
It's at the top of a hill if you are a walker I wouldn't recommend. Rooms are barely stocked with towels and essentials. The staff is nice and very understanding for the most part.
Brought my wife who has Stage 4 Lung Cancer on 6-3-26. Could not get in room, after 4 times up and down elevator. They opened it manually. Dirty towels in bathroom. 2 men almost got in a fight in lobby, woke up at 5:00 am to a LOUD motorcycle reving its engine. Halls smell like smoke.this place is like a Getto. Do not Stay
