We stayed there for one night on a business trip, and by mistake, we had a double booking. When we found out while checking in, I asked the hotel for a refund for one of the bookings. The staff member spoke with Olyvia, the manager, about giving us a refund, but she declined. We also sent her an email and made many phone calls regarding this issue, but she never bothered to respond, which is very rude."

The only thing I truly loved about this hotel was the location — everything else about my stay went kind of downhill from there. Some of the rooms I booked needed minor maintenance repairs, including low water flow. One of the elevators was out of service, and the next day at checkout, it was hard to flag someone down — there wasn’t even a bill at the front desk, just a bin to drop off your keys.
