Stayed here for a quick weekend vacation. It was walking distance from Gainbridge Fieldhouse where the concert we saw was & walking distance from many bars! Great location! The breakfast isn’t good so don’t expect much but everyone was very attentive to us. We paid for a late check out and left at 430pm. The little store in the lobby has everything from soda & snacks to pepto and Advil! It was very convenient. My friend ended up falling outside and cutting herself. Good location to downtown, clean rooms, and Michael was very friendly and helpful. I will say the elevator is TINY, so it took two trips up with everything.
I actually did not stay here, however, I found I must leave this review. I called to inquire about rooms, and amenities this hotel offers, I spoke with "John", when I say NO cusotmer service expereince at all is giving him a star! John was extremely non helpful, dry and spoked as he would be doing us a favor if we stayed here. I work in CS and a person tone is important.
