Great location in Downtown Indy, close to all the sporting venues and resteraunts. That's about all the good things I have to say about this place. Getting into and finding parking (free with stay) was simple enough, at least when checking in. After checking in, I headed to the working elevator and it looked like something built in the 50s. Should have been my first clue. The hallways had a strange odor to them. The room was more Motel 6 then Ritz Carlton. Couldn't locate how to make the water hot in the shower. The location was great. The room look like the picture.parking limited but it was free..n it was downtown
Did not interact with the staff much so not able to give information on that, the breakfast was fine, the water tasted pretty bad and as far as I saw was only available from a Brita in the breakfast area, and my last night here I woke up to what looked like a bed bug on my pillow.
