Room was very nice , the young Hispanic lady who works at night made me and my family feel so comfortable and went beyond customer service she needs to be a manager .. as far as the lady who sits in the office and ignores the phone in the day the African American I’m guessing manager .. needs to switch positions with the younger worker . The older lady was very rude and whenever coming down was always in office with door closed and I had to call over and over for her to come out .
This hotel needs maintenance and is somewhat outdated. The rooms are clean, the elevator is very poorly maintained, and the smell throughout the hotel isn't the best. The bathroom in the room is very small.
The experience was fine. The facilities worked, but nothing felt luxurious. It’s okay for budget travelers.
Excellent place to stay. Looks like it’s had a mini renovation. Clean and in a good location to the freeways. It’s a great price too I’ll be back
