Housekeeping service only once every 3 days. No notice about this policy in the room and not given by registration staff at check in. Trash not taken out. Coffee supplies not replaced. Towels not replaced. Cable tv totally unreliable. Told to unplug cable box and plug back in again until green light instead of red light. Had to do this repeatedly in short periods of time throughout the stay. Limited channels to choose from. Im not one to complain about rooms but our room was terrible for the price. We got a queen 2 bed suite. The size of the room was nice but it was very dirty. Blood stains all over the floor, dirty bed, both beds were broken and uncomfortable. For the price I paid I would have expected much nicer room.

Excellent location close to food options and downtown. The staff is pretty sad. Upon arrival I had to wait at the counter while the kid finished whatever he was doing on his computer. He was nice enough. The guy that has taken over the evening shift hasn't even acknowledged me either time ive entered the building. Looked up once but no greeting. The entry way is filthy and smells and I don't see anyone working on this. My room was dirty as was the lobby and the building is under construction. It smells bad in the hallways. T... read more

Pet friendly. The facilities are very nice, clean, and well maintained! I enjoyed the stay.
