Bad experience. We waited 20 minutes to check in—there was no staff present. We called and rang the bell, but no one showed up the entire time. The room had two TVs, but neither of them worked. There was no cable connection, and when I called for help, no one answered. Also, the bathroom faucet was loose, which made it hard to use. Overall, a really bad experience.
Staff was super nice and friendly the entire trip. Room was missing toilet paper holder and had broken tiles in front of the shower. Pool area was great for kids, but could use a vacuum. Would stay again just for the staff and hopes its a bit cleaner.
Check in was quick and efficient but they seem to be short staffed. No towels in pool area at night and they were stacked in the laundry baskets by pool. Lots of kids there for hockey I guess so it was loud at night (running in hallways etc). The pools were freezing cold, my kids didn't want to swim. They need to raise the temp a bit
The rooms are bigger than some hotels. The kid pool is great for toddlers and babies.
