We had a wonderful experience here! The service was top notch! Dayana at the front desk was super sweet and helpful! She did a great job checking us in quickly and smoothly after we traveled 12 hours from Kansas! The room was impeccable and veey comfortable! Hot buffet Breakfast included for a great price too! Do not trust this place!I booked two nights the second day I was out with my girlfriend all day with all our stuff in the hotel. Got back no key worked to even get into the hotel. They then quietened me 5 times if it wasn't my room that I already payed for and had all my shit in. Then tried to have contact with manger and no response. This place is a scam

I keep coming back but next time maybe not. The service is nice and so is the location and the food but the room’s walls are paper thin. I forget each time I stay here. If you stay, ask for a quiet room. The price, location and food make up for it if you have headphones.

Zero stars rude afternoon/daytime front desk (Angel). Talk recklessly to other guests about guests you have a disdain for because they are not the right fill-in-the-blank. A paying hotel guest's money is green. That's the only color that should matter in a business. Evening/night front desk much nicer (I wonder why?). Also charged for late checkout despite being a member and you get charged for parking. Would be willing to overlook because the hotel itself, room, accommodations, breakfast and location are spot on. Terrible experience! This hotel canceled our booking for no reason. We arrived on the day of check-in and were told we couldn’t stay, with no explanation or apology at all. The staff were completely unhelpful and indifferent. We booked weeks in advance and had everything confirmed—yet they still messed it up. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible! If you don’t want your trip ruined, do not book this hotel!
