Review is based on your options for a place in Gillette which is roughly 30k population. Room was OK. Was fairly clean and comfortable. Beds were firm but not too firm. Hotel breakfast was just OK. Lots of carb options and the pancake maker was broken but the waffle maker worked so my kids were mostly happy. They did have a scrambled egg dish. There is a Ruby Tuesday restaurant right across the parking lot so easy walk though there are some stairs. Staff were friendly.
room is nice but feels cramped, needs one more nightstand, shower/tap controls are confusing compared to normal fixtures, shower products didn't lather well, bathroom doesn't vent well, can't find any extra blankets, pool facilities are nice but the back door is propped open to vent. All in all still deserves a decent rating but my room stinks so... 1 star. Too tired to bother them for a different one, and no one should have to...
A fantastic stay from start to finish. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. They also serve a really good breakfast with plenty of options to get your day started right. Excellent hospitality and a highly recommended place to stay in Gillette!
I have been on the road for 50 days and this hotel has been the best. Everything was perfect. Mary chkd me in and was the most pleasant yet.
