I had a reservation for Sun Oct 26. I called hotel several times to ask a question about check in times because I was stuck in traffic on interstate 80 due to construction. No one would pickup at the front desk after several tries so eventually I cancelled my reservation on the app. This Wed Oct 29 and today Thurs Oct 30 I called Wyndham rewards dept and their rep tried reaching out to the front desk to get someone name so they can reapply my reward points and they still wasn't answering. Clean, friendly, respectful service. The way one appreciates when paying for it.
Whoever was working the front desk on 9/29/25 refused to send over the permission slip for my company to put their card on file for the hundred dollar fee because the room is completely on the company where I work he told me it was policy that it had to be my name on the card and they won’t accept the companies I asked for it in writing. He told me he can’t provide anything that says that just what comes out of his mouth when I asked for his name, he said the front desk and gave me a business card that had the name sharp it ... read more
Had a pleasant short experience here. Employees super friendly and helpful at check in and out. Property clean with plenty of parking. Rooms nice. Complimentary breakfast was very nice as the food room was separate from seating area. They had many options of food and drink. Hotel located near gas stations and eatteries within close walking distance. Room was well priced as you never know what you are going to get for your money. I'd definitely stay again.
It was okay. Its pretty loud. Lots of construction guys stay there. Not a party type situation but they are still loud. Was sold a king with a fold out bed. We didn't receive it and they were booked so my 6ft son had to sleep on the couch. Also requested a 3rd floor room.... And wound up on 1st! Its a busy place and at first when you check in the manager is very smiling and nice.
