The overall experience was pleasant, but several improvements need to be made. The front desk was always more than helpful and very friendly. The front desk staff made this rating better, in all honesty. I want to be clear that the front desk staff went above and beyond for my stay. I deeply appreciate every one of them. Spring break trip with the kids and daily being told by front desk staff the pool would be open tomorrow. A 3 night trip and tomorrow never came.

Cornell is what set our stay apart and above any other!! He provided consistently great service, a professional, helpful, "Can do" attitude, and you can tell he takes pride in doing a good job which is so rare these days! Thanks Cornell!!

We come to Dallas from Amarillo for doctors visits every month. This is a good hub for all of our doctors between all of the doctors offices, surgical centers, and shopping. There's a Walmart Supercenter and several resteraunts within a blocks walk. Rooms are always clean and well kept and quite. A good self serve breakfast And coffee, affordable rates, and the service is excellent.
