We had a wonderful stay. Mr. Cornell is awesome. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and service was outstanding. I look forward to visiting again.

I was not at all satisfied because. I walked up to the counter to do my check in and the representative was checking my reservation and told me that they longer had the room i had booked through Booking.com. I told him that i had already called the morning of and they had confirmed that they did have the 2 queen bedroom and he said that they only had 2 rooms available which where 1 king size room with a pull out sofa. Me and my family will not be bookin here anymore.
I tried to avoid posting about my experience by demanding a partial refund for a roach incident that happened while staying there- 3rd floor. I didn’t know what to do so I Googled it and that’s what it said to do- different room or demand refund. Went to front desk, showed them the pics of the roach, and tried asking for refund- there was not a manager available so I left a note for manager because they advised they could not do anything.
