It was a great stay. Clean and roomy. The staff at the reception was super friendly and accommodating as was the rest of the staff. Made us feel at home. Good location, close to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back when we visit Austin next time.
Very disappointing stay. The main issue was the constant noise—dogs barking non-stop and loud neighbors. I had to be moved several times before finally being placed on the top floor at the end of the hotel, where the problem was resolved. Until then, it was very difficult to rest. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and I had to request towels every other day as they were not renewed. The ironing board was broken and bent, making it unusable, and the internet was very slow. TVs and Zoe outlets didn’t work. Temp unit only blew cold air. Roach.
Breakfast not the the best. But great customer service. Not enough parking.
