Terrible experience at check in. Receptionist was non engaged, couple care less about customer service - I asked about an early check in and all she could do was point to a sign and the clock. Not welcoming at all Room was ok - hotel was a bit worn, luckily there are many restaurants and whole foods nearby because the breakfast looked terrible. There were also plumbing issues.
I ordered from the Hotel store and told them to charge it to the room May 4th 2026. The front desk lady was treating me like I'm a criminal or something telling me she specifically needs to see my ID, so I give her my ID and she's still treating me like I'm some horrible person for getting items for the hotel store. The next morning, May 5, 2026, I order from the store again, and she had the audacity to ask me if the guy who's card it's being charged on is okay with me purchasing from the store. Exercise room needs ventilation, wreaks of odors, common areas outside needs refreshing
It's a good place to crash & there's far worse spots here in Texas, the most overrated state in America.
The entry roof collapsed during my stay...right at rush hour. Could have been catastrophic.
