Using la Quinta for parking and shuttle to the airport. Add says on demand shuttle but there is only 1 driver. I was forced to wiai 30 minutes because I was bumped for another group that was late. They use spot hero and the all some how didn't getu reservation correct

The staff at this establishment have been helping to get our property returned to us. Thank you La Quinta staff for helping us. These people will go out of their way to help you.

Hardly any hot water, mold in the bathroom. Sheets smelt as if they weren’t washed. The room had a VERY strong chlorine smell that gave me a headache as soon as I walked in. They were aware of the smell as well because they left an air purifier in the room & they came and got it that night & apologized saying they were trying to get the smell out.

Checked in and immediately checked out. Very very dirty. The front receptionist was trying to be helpful but she was annoyed, I’m sure it’s because they get a lot of complaints. The photos are from two different rooms.
