Nice room. Updated. Friendly service at front desk. Good breakfast . Dog hair on sheets. Human hair in shower Hair dryer filthy & sticky from old hair spray I assume. Housekeeping could be more thorough.
This hotel has always been my go to hotel mostly because of the location and the staff, they’re very friendly. I hadn’t stayed in there few months and there have been some changes that I’m not fond of. The soap in the room felt like lava soap. The shampoo and conditioner are mediocre, and two bath towels. Great service. TV kept messing up.. they switched our rooms hassle free. Great views. Swimming pool. Free breakfast.
Shuttle only runs 5am -10:30ish pm. That was a problem for our midnight arrival and was not clearly stated anywhere. However the beds were comfy, the room was decent, the breakfast options were adequate, and the courtyard looked lovely.
This was a very comfortable hotel stay. My wife and I stayed for two nights, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is an older hotel that has had a remodel. As such it is not perfect. The pool was clean and enjoyable, a few of the pool chairs looked to have been damaged by past guests which is sad. We will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.
