I will never stay at à la Quinta ever again. Their customer service is trash. I’ve had an extra $500 charge hold on my card for a week now after check out for no reason. No hair dryers, the pool was closed the entire time I was there, and a tapping noise on the ceiling the whole time.

Dilapidated rooms—peeling wallpaper, rust in the shower, broken door handles, and you can hear all the hallway noise and traffic outside. The shuttle was supposed to start at 5, but the driver didn’t show up until 5:15. Pretty crappy experience all around
