Very nice staff and hotel. With semi truck and trailer parking
Cancelled my reservation without telling me, when I had a conformation number. Found out at 1am! Front desk (Crystal) was RUDE! Refused to give me information on why or when the reservation was canceled AND refused to give me her name. " I don't have to tell you a damn thing, get the hell out of here. I can't just make a room." The front desk clerk at the other hotel called and got her name. She was even rude to her!
Stayed for 4 nights and they never changed the sheets and they had blood stains on them
