The motel is in a convenient location and has good parking and prices. Room was clean, water was hot, air con sufficient. Breakfast was good, eggs and sausage, (no salsa , Gloria in the breakfast area was fantastic and super friendly. Best choice of motel in the South East of Amarillo.
We had a great stay at La Quinta in Amarillo. The hotel was clean, conveniently located right off the highway, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Our room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was a nice way to start the day. The only downside was the highway traffic noise. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing a white noise machine or using a white noise app on your phone, it made a big difference. I pass through Amarillo, TX once a year and this is my go to location everytime. Comfortable stay and easy access to get back on I-40 to travel.
Traveling from Willis Texas (near Houston) to Brush Colorado and we always spend a night here going and coming. Never had any problems
