After 15 hours in a car and 3 of those hours looking for a room.... Amanda G was my Angel. She was so nice and friendly as my frazzled mind also realized I had no charging cord for my dieing phone and still 250 miles to go. She is a star at your front desk. My room is perfect.
Was extremely disappointed to return to my room after a long day and all my belongings had been removed and the items in the refrigerator disposed of when my stay was continuing. After the front desk spent time trying to figure out what happened, I finally got my things back, but so much for the refrigerator items. Was never told why they were removed or even slightly compensated for what happened. Totally rediculous ! This the only reason for a 2 Star Review, other than that, it would certainly be a solid 5 Star.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time the staff have been happy, smiling, helpful and kind. The rooms are always clean and serene. The breakfast always had good variety of yummies to choose from in a relaxed atmosphere.
I booked a room and was told that they were all sold out after I paid.And it's non refundable. So now, to get my money back.I have to go to court.
