Terrible customer service! They will not let you check in 1 hour early without paying a fee. Rude staff. Save your time and go to the hotel next door. Definitely NOT accommodating for customers. Terrible experience! Not worth the rude customer service. Charging $25 to check in 30 minutes early, will make you sit in the lobby even though the room is ready.

Second time staying at this La Quinta location and I’m very happy with the experience. The front desk staff was excellent. Ms. Joya was especially kind and helpful!

Poor service and poor rooms. During my stay, the WiFi service has been completely nonfunctional, rendering the room unsuitable for business or normal use. Additionally, the in-room telephone does not work, preventing me from contacting the front desk or requesting assistance from my room. These failures were reported to the front desk, but the desk clerk was uncooperative and dismissive, and refused to take reasonable steps to resolve the issues or offer any accommodation. Spacious rooms and great location. Breakfast could be improved. I didn't really like the scramble eggs. Also the shower door handle was broken.
