Got scammed out of $209 because I reported the bathroom faucet broken. There was no interest in learning the facts and even Wyndham Corporate offered no help in resolving (other than making the property owner aware). I wasted so many hours trying to get this issue resolved and I ended up having to cover the cost personally since I was on a business trip. I have traveled the world for both personal and leisure, and this 1st time getting ripped off like this (even by a corporate backed hotel). Stay Away from this property!!!
The prices are fair and the staff is very helpful. It was quiet at night for sleeping.
Receptionist Jackie wasn't very professional. I arrived at 2:45 & right away she tells me check in is at 3:00 & that it will cost more to check in early. I explained that I don't want to pay extra money & that it is 2:45. Without saying anything she proceeds to check me in. I said if you want I will wait. She gave me my id's & room keys. She doesn't even acknowledge you "Good Morning" when you go thru to get breakfast or be friendly when checking out. Room was nice, ac worked good & room clean.
