The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There are some fast food places and restaurants around but anyplace to buy other food is limited but that's not the hotel's fault
Close to airport. Loved the free shuttle. A bit noisy. Free breakfast of toast, cereal. Crowded. 24 hr coffee in lobby. Very good service. Restaurants in mall next door, as well as Dennys and Wendy's.
The room itself appeared to be okay but it was a couple of little things that wasn’t okay. There were two different chairs at the table and one was dirty. We found two dead roaches and there were long hairs on the pillow case. The most disappointing thing was the bathroom. The tub was FILTHY just dirty we didn’t even take a shower. For $287 for one night it was ridiculous that we couldn’t even take a shower. We asked another guest how their room was and she replied “the bathroom is nasty”.
