Room adequate, the hotel in general shows it's age. Most surfaces have some wear or damage in common areas. We had 4 people in our room and there were 2 towels and no body wash. I went to ask for 2 more towels and body wash at the front desk. I was questioned why I needed more towels. I explained that I had gotten 2 towels for the pool earlier as it was completely out, and he delivered those to the pool. I would think having 4 people, in a 4 person room, would be enough explanation for needing 1 towel per person. Wifi did no... read more
The only problem was our room was missing a handle to the dresser and no handle on the microwave and there was weird stains on the dresser and head board. The hotel could use some updating yes but my husband, our dog and I enjoyed our stay very much.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Laquinta Inn and Suites North of the Pyramids!!!Great location, clean parking lot, well maintained lobby, friendly staff, quick check in, clean rooms, comfortable beds, safe environment, quiet and peaceful, healthy breakfast, great coffee bar!!! Very upsacle and stylish!!!If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend Laquinta Inn and Suites!!! I cant wait to stay there again!!!
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. As someone who travels frequently and rarely has issues, I felt compelled to share my experience. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, and I waited about 10 minutes just to check in. I was also asked to provide the make and model of my vehicle, which felt unusual and unnecessary.
