I took a star off because I didn’t appreciate being told “ Unfortunately, the TVs in our hotel only support live TV cable. If you have any other requests or need further assistance, just let me know.” when I have stayed in a room with Netflix access at this exact location.
Based on other reviews, I would have given 3/5 stars if we were placed in an updated room but that was not the case. Positives: The bed and pillows were really comfy. The shower head had good pressure and temperature. The breakfast variety was also great. The fridge in the room was large. Negatives: We were in an out dated room. The lights on the wall were loose and some of the outlets didn’t work. The bed frame also covered access to an outlet which we couldn’t move. It was a great stay. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good. Shout out to Wendy for being so awesome! Thanks again.
Wendy at the front desk was very helpful. We happened to come in earlier than the check in time but they accomodated and gave us a room without charging extra. What a great service!!
Was a little confusing to get to, but once there we were very pleased with the service. The parking lot was brightly lit and that gave us a piece of mind.
