Landyn , the front desk associate is absolutely a phenomenal human being who I had the opportunity to connect with as well as the manager who is also very accommodating and friendly. Very professional and outstanding mutual business rapport with guests. Everyone is so welcoming and positive here, I feel safe always and enjoy their breakfasts and using their gym. We really liked the 6 nite stay. Big beautiful rooms, great free breakfast, work out room, laundry area, outdoor pool, very friendly staff, great location and great price.
We stood in line for 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. There was a woman in front of us who was trying to get a new key for her room and the front desk woman refused to help her. She proceeded to help me and spent 30 minutes clicking on the computer repeatedly saying “hmm this is weird.” She couldn’t figure out how to finish the transaction and said something was wrong with computer. Finally we left and went next door to the Holiday inn and got a lovely room with no issues.
DO NOT STAY HERE Advertised as 3 stars on Chase Travel portal but feels worse than a 2. Room smelled like urine, hair on the bed, pool closed for health reasons, and the area felt unsafe. Front desk promised me a refund but later denied it. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had — avoid this place.
