Check-in staff was efficient and kind, no complaints there. The beds were super soft and the sheets were comfy, which made for a good night’s sleep. On the downside, the shower water pressure was weak, the sink leaked, and the towels left little fuzzies all over you. Ima start with the entrance I had to travel from Dallas to Austin to visit my husband and I reserved a room here but once we got into the hotel there was a black lady at the front desk and she made rude faces to us and talk to us in a bad way we think she is racist she didnt even asked us anything just ask for my ID and that was it, which I wanted a room where can see the front were we can see our cars but no she gave us one in the back so then day 2 I had asked for towels for the pool and she did the same face like lady you... read more
Meh. I passed this place 3 times before I figured out how to get into their parking lot. The rooms are pretty basic. Their complimentary breakfast was crap. They had a small shop for convenience. I spent $8 for two candy bars. Good grief!
I wouldn't stay here. The exterior of the hotel needs definite renovation. When you pull up from 35 it looks like it's abandoned. As soon as you step inside the lobby looks okay, but looks can be deceiving. The room I got was very dark, with lots of worn out furniture that's seen better days. The room is okay, it's clean enough underline the word enough. There's plenty of spots I can point out to you that need cleaning but for some reason missed during turnover.
