Es un hotel q esta muy sucio y limpian las habitaciones cada 3 dias por politica es lo q me dijieron, no te recomiendo este hotel, en el cuarto de una compañera encontro chinches cuarto 233 por si les toca tengan cuidado .
This hotel is great for a short stay, no bed bugs, free continential bfast. The beds are comfy, and the room was cold. Other than that, it was alright. A good price if you need a cheaper stay in ATX.
I actually booked this hotel through a third party for my sister. When she arrived the very rude and young lady, Joya made her wait about 45minutes just to get her room, due to the fact that it was in my name. Once it got changed to her name on their system, she finally gave her a key. Joya has no customer service manners as she continued to tell other guests checking in that she is not rude.
