The staff was great upon check in. The manager, wow. I called after our stay to inquire why the $50 deposit hasn't been refunded, she answers the phone and then tells me she isnt clocked in so she cant help me... why is she answering the phone then? She asked me to call back in a hour so i call back in 2, to give her time. She then tells me she cant help me because she is doing checkouts give her another hour. I call back she hangs up on me. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Great location.
The room floor was filthy the towels were disgusting, the shower disgusting. The beds were clean and service was good but need to be cleaner even for the breakfast area grab a sanitizing towel and clean all your equipment.
Person at check in more interested in gaming on her phone than completing my check in. When not gaming standing directly outside front door smoking.
