I tried to book a room at the La Quinta off 35 S. Their online booking was down, so I called the 800 number. I was on hold for 20 minutes. While I was waiting on hold, the man I spoke to left me a very angry voicemail saying I hung up on him. Very rude. We pulled into the parking lot to check with the front desk, and some guy drove past threatening my boyfriend. I’m glad we didn’t stay here
If I could give this a negative star review I would. The pictures are a lie. The rooms are so dirty, not clean at all. We felt so dirty entering the hotel room, there was hair all over the floor and dead bugs everywhere. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything which was very disturbing when you have 3 little ones.
