We had a wonderful stay. The host Eric, was friendly and he went above and beyond. Eric definitely needs a raise, he was amazing! He made us feel welcome.
Eric went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best stay, from switching our rooms to make it more accommodating for my group to giving us extra blankets and pillows along with complimentary drinks.
Everything was clean the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good and fresh. Located not far from downtown. New ownership and the area is what it is but the hotel was safe. Lots of good places to eat around LA Quinta on oltorf.
I appreciate the kind front desk gentlemen. I could not stay because the policy was check out THE SAME DAY and not even a 24 hour stay for the price I would have paid but the kind man did let me use the restroom. I love La Quinta, which is Spanish for "Next to Denny's" and there is IN FACT a Denny's VERY CLOSE just west of I 35. This La Quinta is right next to what looks like a DAMN GOOD Mexican Restaurant 🌮😋 Check it out!!!
