Mediocre Ok place. Like the little cottage style rentals over townhomes. Pet friendly but most dog owners don’t pick up after the dog. Talking to management is difficult. Seems like there is a new owner every few months. Rent keeps going up from $40 to $75 each year with no real interest to their tenants and their needs. Then you add in an additional $40 or more on top of your rent for water and waste. Along with $10 add for “guaranteed” parking space. Not very personable staff.
