First time. Went to bar. Sample provided. Had another, plus taco. Superb! Next time in Alameda this is my first stop!

Amazing food, incredible atmosphere and royal service make this place awesome! I had a tequila shot with this little tomato, tobasco and salt chaser and it was unique and delicious. The 7 Mares Soup rocked and the shrimp mole was a first time for me and I loved it. I will return muy rapido!

Looooooooove this place! The best food in the Bay! It's just so crowded all the time and the tables and chairs to close together that you have to scoot in one someone or the waiter, is passing by. You guys need to buy a bigger place cuz you're amazing! Please bring La Penca Azul to Union City!!!!! I had the crab enchilada de mole and they were the bomb!
The food is always freshly prepared and very delicious.
We should have left when we walked through the door and it smelled like old dish towels but we heard they were good so we gave it a try. I was with a Party of Five and it took forever just to get drinks when the drinks were half gone our waiter finally showed up and served as food that gave us all diarrhea. Needless to say we won't be back.
Great food, adult beverages and awesome service. I'll visit again if and when I get back to the Bay Area!
