My nail tech, Vicky was absolutely amazing. I honestly need my nail tech to have confidence. I'll know right off top if you're not versed in the shape or style I'm looking for. Vicky looked at the instagram pic said ok told me to pick out my shape and did the best freaking ombre a bride could ask for. Going for my refill 4 days before my wedding.

I have been a customer for 6 years, the service is great and Priscilla is amazing! I drive here from Katy because no one does my nails the way she does! I used to get gel nail tips with powder! Now I she does my shellac manicure and always does a great job. Keep up the good work! I always recommend this place to everyone! Thanks. Maria Ramirez

I I have been coming here to Cathy for about 2 years. I have never been anywhere as friendly and lovely as the staffs here. I will never go anywhere else. My 2 daughters come here too. It's always a wonderful experience.

really bad place. I've gone here a couple times do get nail polish change or mani/pedi when I couldn't get out to my favorate place in Spring. I've had an issue everytime I've gone. they charge you extra to exfoliate the bottom of your feet! Isn't that part of a pedicure??? why would you charge a customer more to do what is part of a normal pedicure? Nail techs did a terrible job putting on the nail polish. Place looks dirty and the staff is not friendly at all.

This place is TERRIBLE. The service, the atmosphere, everything about it. To start off, the ladies that work here are insanely rude, and will openly talk crap about you to their fellow workers in your face. Their manicures are awful. Not only was she rushing, she kept hurting me, and every time I told her to be careful, she would tell me "I know what i'm doing" and roll her eyes. You would think a nail spa in the galleria would at least have to be decent but this is the worst. I had gone once before and not been happy with the experience but decided to give it another try. On top of the long wait you have to deal with terrible customer service and a really mean receptionist. Also once you actually get seated to get your service done the nail technitions blab amongst themselves while doing a sloppy job. Never going there again.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

First and last time ever going to this place. Went to get a mani and pedi, but ended up with a sloppy job done. It looks like something I could have done from home. Also, this is the first time I've ever experienced racism. When I sat my feet in the water, it got extremely cold really fast. I had to tell the woman that it was freezing. They also sat me in a chair without a massager. Then to top it off, it was extremely over priced. Needless to say, I will never visit again. You should beware and avoid at all cost...
