I have come in multiple times at the time of my appointment to find that they gave my appointment away and started working on someone who just walked in. What’s the point of having an appointment system if times aren’t honored?
They offered me free nail removal since I’m a returning customer yayyy! My new sets usually last around 3-4 weeks, which I think is legit. The male technician (he’s done my nails twice now) is my favorite, super quick and does such a great job!
Nail construction costs more money here. The actual final price is much higher than the initial price we were told
I spent like 4 hours here the place is nice and I am someone who feels pain easily since I have pimples and today when I got my facial it really did not hurt at other places. Back massages were nice
