Been going to this place ten years, but they have gotten my daughter's standard order wrong the last two times we've been. They got mine wrong too last time. Tonight I called in a to-go order and was told 25 minutes. I got there at the time that suggested and stood inside that restaurant for an hour waiting after that 25 minutes. I asked for a manager and got blown off. I'm done with y'all. There are plenty of Mexican fish in the Richmond Hill sea.
So we ordered delivery through the reflections app and big was the whole ordeal a mess. I asked for no beans on one meal, beans came topped on top of everything. My wife ordered tacos, which was only ground beef and like four pieces of shredded cheese. No other toppings. I ordered fried chimichangas. I honestly have no clue what I actually received, but it certainly did not have the toppings that the menu said it would have. No sour cream, tomatoes, or guacamole. Slow as Christmas and the waiter stinks and the music is way too loud. They better be glad I have had a couple of drinks � tip haha no tip from me.
