I went here with my grandmother after her surgery for a relaxation day. We both had horrible experiences we made appointments ahead of time and went and her pedicure was done way before mine. also the person who did mine answered his cell 3 times!!! talk about taking a break. They also spoke english and had a stylist sitting next to them lounging in a pedicure chair speakin in vietnamese the WHOLE time. Overall i was extremley dissatisfied with the experience!! I have been going to LA Salon off of Freemansburg for many years. They have always been very good to me. As I was reading the previous review, I noticed that she mentioned this incident happened at the Palmer Park Mall location. As far as I understand it, the LA Salon off of Freemansburg and the LA Salon in the Palmer Park Mall have separate owners now, meaning they are completely different businesses.
