I will make this very long story short ( This took 3 days of torture) and I am not sure where to even begin. On 2/8 I had an appointment at 8am...I showed up with black hair that had not been colored in about 1 year, I had one solid color. I asked for a very subtle bailage, keeping my roots black and light Carmel on the tips/end of my hair.. 7 hours later I left this place with damaged over processed hair and with unwanted highlights. Keep their nails techs from watching television while doing a manicure and not allow nail tech to be 0n her mobile just about the whole entire manicure. Very rude. If LA Spa is fine with paying their employees to be in using their phones while doing their job good for them...but,,,, it will never again be lot of my wallet.
Kristen has done my hair and my daughters for over 7 years. Found her by accident and love her attention to detail when doing color. Never rushes me. Great head massage while conditioning hair
Brought my bridal party here and I seriously regret it. They rushed thru all of us and messed up. As we were leaving my one girl had a huge glob of nail polish on her finger, the lady tried to smooth it out and made the nail polish come off. The worker never asked if she wanted it fixed. We went to the front desk to tell the woman and she told her for a fee they could fix the nail that their own worker messed up. I will not be going back
