Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I showed them exactly what I wanted, and they still did something completely different — and not in a good way. The quality was sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near professional standards. They clearly didn’t listen, didn’t care, and seemed more focused on finishing quickly than making sure I was satisfied.
