Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I showed them exactly what I wanted, and they still did something completely different — and not in a good way. The quality was sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near professional standards. They clearly didn’t listen, didn’t care, and seemed more focused on finishing quickly than making sure I was satisfied. Went here with my stepdaughter for the first time, and it definitely won't be the last! It was the most fun mani pedi I've ever had. There are decades of experience between them, so their work is outstanding. Everything was clean, well organized and cared for. But it's the atmosphere that surprised and delighted us.
