Recommendedfood was good. service took a long time. about 45 mins to get food after ordered but honestly no complaints.
Love love love the food! Not only was the food great, but they were so kind to stay open 45 minutes late so I could come pick up after work. You really don't get that type of service anywhere. They are in the top 2 for Mexican food in the Champaign-Urbana area! What are you waiting for? Place your order now!
They have the best, most authentic Tex-Mex in town.
The best food I've had in a long time, the Mixteca quesadilla is HUGE and was great for two different meals. The Birrikeka is my new favorite as of last night.

Mauricio and his family and staff offer delicious Mexican food in CU! Their menu is large and has considerable variety of Mexican, American, and tex-mex foods. Plate size is generous and prices are very competitive. I often find my choices at local Mexican restaurants to be limited and/or bland because I choose not to eat beef or pork. But I just had the most delicious tacos rojos with chicken, from Mauricio today. And their house made tres leches was incredibly rich too! I can't wait for their weekend barbacoa (goat).
