I used to really enjoy this place for their wide variety of vegetarian cuisine on the menu & have had no issue in the past. But as of last night, I will not be returning. My cheese enchilada was rock solid, as well as the rest of the meal, like it had been sitting in the Mexican sun. I didn't even get a knife to cut it open. Did I mention my rice was inedible?
