Sales and Service lacked disclosure. In January I purchased a 2018 Hymer Aktiv (list price $106k) from LaMesa in Davis, CA (sales are now in West Sacramento). Nothing regarding the shower pan, roof or the radio was mentioned during the inspection/orientation. I spotted drops of water in the moonroof at the forward end of the van but I was told it is because they just pressure washed the unit so the water probably sprayed up under the lid and is simply dripping down. I bought a brand new 2018 RV from them and had it delivered on February 1st but in the process the delivery driver crashed it. I have been calling and emailing for a month now and every time that I do I get a new person on the phone and a new excuse. My water heater stopped working after 22 days and I have called the service department multiple times to get a resolution. La Mesa and the Keystone Cops which ever you prefer to call them in Ft.Myers. I was ready to purchase a Discovery 38k lxe for a cash price. I offered a price, a week long of researching after the first visit. The list price was over 9000.00 over MFSRP and I confronted the sales manager. I was explained that someone made a mistake... ok? ....then they offered me 2 other out the door prices which the sales manager ... that’s the sale manager Bill said 208,000.is the price. The water hose in our Sprinter RV suddenly and dramatically sprung a leak under the bathroom sink the morning we were visiting the Tampa RV Super Show in January 2018. Our manufacturer's representative contacted La Mesa on our behalf. La Mesa's team was there to meet us when we arrived at the Fort Myers service center. And in less than an hour, they replaced a faulty part, dried us out, and sent us on our way back down the highway. It was a first class experience in customer care.
